Adapted from the Oscar-winning Dreamworks film and the hit Broadway musical, Shrek the Musical KIDS is a Shrek-tastic time for everyone! This 30 minute adaptation of everyone's favorite ogre is ideal for a large cast of young performers. Once upon a time, in a far away swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek. One day, Shrek finds his swamp invaded by fairytale misfits banished by Lord Farquaad, the short-statured tyrannical ruler of Duloc. Joined by a wisecracking donkey, Shrek confronts Lord Farquaad, who tasks him to rescue a headstrong princess named Fiona, in exchange for his swamp. But of course, it wouldn't be a fairytale without some twists and turns along the way.
