Broadway Media (BMD) provides digital scenery, choreography guides, bodymic rentals, and stage gear for theatre productions worldwide. We serve schools, community theatres, colleges, professional theatres, and licensed productions across the US, UK, and Australia.

## Protection Plan Comparison

Every Stage Gear hardware rental requires one of two protection plans: the Damage Waiver or a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Compare cost, refundability, paperwork, and coverage below.

### Damage Waiver

- Extra cost: 10% of rental total
- Refundable: No
- Paperwork: None
- Coverage cap: $20,000 per rental
- Best for: Simplicity and speed
- Covers theft: No
- Covers accidents: Yes

### Certificate of Insurance (COI)

- Extra cost: None
- Refundable: N/A
- Paperwork: COI submission required
- Coverage cap: Full replacement value
- Best for: Organizations with insurance
- Covers theft: Yes (if COI covers it)
- Covers accidents: Yes (if COI covers it)
