We're Broadway Media, an eclectic crew united by intellectual curiosity and a passion for creating truly great products.
We are a family-owned company that has been pushing the boundaries of the theatre world for nearly a decade. We're proudly boutique and mission-driven (in other words: we're small and mighty).
We want you to get the most out of your career with us and to live your healthiest and fullest life. We believe that when individual talents and imaginations gather together, great work is made. During your time with Broadway Media, you'll add something special to the performing arts industry.
Through our products, our partnerships and advocacy, we are dedicated to a vision of universal access to the joy of theatre-making, regardless of space, place, or budget. We celebrate our highly-collaborative culture based on mutual respect, humility, and a commitment to innovation.
We're a small tight-knit community, so when you join Broadway Media, you help to define it.
Broadway Media is spread out across cities around the nation. Everyone at Broadway Media is free to live and work in the places they thrive, though most of us work out of our California headquarters.
Broadway Media is headquartered in Central California.
Our hometown of Fresno is nicely situated two hours from coastal beaches, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and boasts approximately 300 days of sunshine a year.
Our offices are located between three national parks--with Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia only a 90-minute drive from our front door.
The freshest, most phenomenal food, is found in California's Fresno County - with close to two million acres of farmland producing the most agriculture in the nation, Fresno is a foodie wonderland and mecca of farm-to-table cuisine.
We believe that Fresno is California's best kept secret (and one of the last affordable housing markets on the west coast).
Broadway Media Distribution, Inc. includes the following divisions:
Technology-led resource product platform, creating a marketplace for the performing arts. Partnered with leading licensors including Theatrical Rights Worldwide and Music Theatre International. Broadway Media also offers talent representation and intellectual property licensing for the most celebrated theatrical production designers, many of whom are Tony award-winning Broadway designers. The company has distribution throughout North America, Australasia, United Kingdom and Europe.
Silverstage is an internal product development division, and collaborator in design services.
Stage Gear is a staging company that provides retail and rental inventory to our joint customers.
Show Goods is a merchandiser focused on speciality items for the performing arts industry.
Our culture is fast-paced, energetic and innovative.
Our people are at the heart of what makes Broadway Media special.
Put simply, we love what we do! Our passion is what gets us up in the morning, but it also drives us toward a shared sense of purpose.
We’re authors, artists, designers, do-it-yourselfers, tinkerers, travelers, chefs, campers, readers, programmers, photographers, parents, poets, and pet lovers. We run the gamut in lifestyle and interest, but we’re united by a common set of values and goals: do exceptional work, build the best products in the business, experiment, pay attention to the details, treat people right, tell the truth, have a positive impact on the world around us, give back, and keep learning.
As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to diversity and inclusion and fully acknowledge it is a journey.
We value the diverse skills, backgrounds, experiences and cultural differences every individual brings to the workplace. We believe that seeking diversity in all its dimensions encourages innovation and creativity, leading to a stronger company with better results.
